Potter & the Ashes

Harry Potter and the half-blood prince
Thrilling sfx n cinematography, and a smooth rendition of the book. Only thing you would wish was the they would not snap out some of the vital scenes and delete some uneccesary scenes - e.g. Prof. Slughorn's Christmas Party. It's impossible to incorporate evrything from the book, but the movie makers need to be sensitive to the fan's expectations. As I walked out of Thursday's show in Fun Republic- most of the ppl including my own set of friends were dissapointed. On my part I'd wish they had shown Dumbledor'es death and funeral wid a lil detail, shown the final fight at Hogwarts.
Plus the many flaws e.g. Harry was supposed to be stupified when Dumbledore dies.
Otherwise I did like the movie. And pray that the next two movies don't snip out any of the vital details.

Hangover: Late Review
I maybe a bit too late on this but those who have missed this movie, please do NOT miss it. Sometimes
losing ur head for the sake of it can be gr8 fun. It's on my pinboard for the movie of the year.

Ashes: England 1-0
While tracking a footbal or cricket match, which doesn't involve India or Manchester United, I always love to
support either 1) an underdog team 2) any team playing against Australia, Pakistan, Arsenal, Chelsea.
So when it comes to Ashes, England team wins my support on both counts! They're 1-0 and large thanks to Andrew Flintoff
who once again is showing that kind of form which helped England conquer the Ashes in 2005.
