21..

Year 22 started out beautifully..

Started with Aalap, Akash & Shivam surprising me at 00:00. Mom too had got a Fruit forrest cake, one of th most delicious non-chocolate cake I've ever had. College was fun, cut a cake during the lecture (albeit some controversy). Met Ramu & co. in d evening followed by Dinner @ Sub with close ones.(with special appearance by Sarika).

21. Wow. I never imagined when I was a kid that i would b crossing this age. I always thought I'll

live till m 20. That explains the fact why I have been without ambition.

I've changed dream jobs too many times. Cricketer, Coach, Photographer, Cricket Commentator, Actor, Psychiatrist, Author, Playwright, Singer, Rock Band Guitarist, Teacher, Mentor, Consultant, politician.

Now at 21, I stand on a broad path. So many regrets, like wish i was more active, wish I did CA.. etc. etc. But I chose to lay aside all regrets. Learnt my lesson, move on.

On the build up to being 21 the words responsibility, job, MBA, career, earn - all formed a whirlwind by which I am still dizzied.

To put it in cricket terms, Life is like facing Ajantha Mendis's bowling. But soon I'll pick up like Mahi & Sachin - and thwack all the worries out of the boundary line.

So those turning 21 - Don't bother about the number. (Like oooh 21....) You're gonna have to accept Life's gonna throw you a lot of shit for years to come. It's up to you how gracefully you would like to accept. And if you're worried on that prospect, remember that you have been through enough shit already. and good times won't stop coming.
